Delivery Services and Terms
You can enjoy free delivery service when your purchase reaches a designated amount. Delivery areas include Hong Kong, Kowloon, New Territories and outlying islands (other remote areas are subject to negotiation):
- Purchase dry goods over $300
- Purchase frozen goods over $500
- **Free shipping amounts for dry goods and frozen goods need to be calculated independently**
- Including Lantau Island (south of the Shek Mun Ka Road roundabout), Discovery Bay, Lamma Island, Cheung Chau and Ping Chau, SF Express will be used to deliver goods.
Areas where delivery service is not available include:
- restricted area
- There is no lift at the delivery location or the goods must be delivered via stairs (delivery at the parking lot downstairs is required)
***Because some places are remote or difficult to access by vehicles, customers may need to deliver the goods in urban areas or at intersections.

- In order to ensure that we can provide the best quality and most efficient delivery service, Station Fortune will select the most suitable transportation and delivery method based on the quantity, volume and weight of the pet supplies you order, as well as the area, location and time convenient for you to receive the goods. Including delivery arranged by our own fleet or other local logistics companies, under normal circumstances we will arrange door-to-door delivery to your designated delivery address within 2-5 delivery days. **Other local logistics companies include: SF Express, Cainiao , ZTO Express, Kerry Logistics, Alfred Smart Cabinet, KE Smart Cabinet (subject to the quantity, volume and weight of the pet supplies ordered)
- If the delivery day falls on a public holiday, the delivery arrangement may be adjusted.
- Arrangements for Typhoon Signal No. 8 or Black Rainstorm Warning: All same-day delivery arrangements will be cancelled. We will call affected customers to make further delivery arrangements after Typhoon Signal No. 8 or Black Rainstorm Warning is removed.
- In the event of other severe weather or special traffic jams, our company will change delivery arrangements based on individual circumstances. Affected customers will receive a phone call from us and make further arrangements.
- Please pay attention to answer the phone during the confirmed delivery time, because the driver will call to confirm that the customer is able to receive the goods before going to the delivery location. If the customer cannot be contacted successfully, the delivery service will be automatically postponed.
- Delivery time will be adjusted depending on the route and road conditions on the day. We apologize for the inconvenience.
- If the purchase amount is less than the specified amount, you can make an appointment in advance to pick up the goods at the Kwai Chung warehouse.
- All frozen meat orders must be paid in advance before delivery can be arranged.
- The delivery arrangement of frozen meat products may not be able to provide delivery services due to individual remote addresses or customer delivery standards. You can make an appointment in advance to pick up the goods at the Kwai Chung warehouse.
- If you cancel after confirming the order, you may be charged an administrative fee of $100.
- If frozen meat orders need to be placed at the management office/at the door, customers must bring their own ice packs and ice. If the goods are stolen or damaged or snow melts after the goods are placed, our company will not bear any legal responsibility and will not return or exchange the goods.
- If the purchase amount is less than the free shipping amount, a shipping surcharge will be charged (The actual charges will depend on the weight of the goods, and the relevant charges will be notified when the order is confirmed ) .
